The 99% Pennsylvania is a campaign, calling on Congress to take action to advance the well-being of the vast majority of Americans.

The economic priorities and policies of the last four decades have created a large divide between the wealthiest Americans and the rest of us, with financial gains going disproportionality to a small minority of the “super-rich.”

The 2017 Tax Law gives huge tax breaks to corporations and delivers far larger tax cuts to households at the top, as a share of income, than those at the bottom or middle.

The 99% Pennsylvania is a campaign based on four principles.

• Everyone deserves to be paid a family-supporting wage for their work.

• Everyone deserves to have access to quality, affordable health care.

• Everyone deserves to have access to basic necessities during times of crisis and hardship.

• Everyone should pay a fair share of the cost of providing these services and have a fair share of our nation’s prosperity.
